Good support
My daughter has a good arch, but due to years of soccer playing, its been stressed and kept getting inflamed due to pressure from shoes. A bit of research and found these. The insoles are thin enough to fit inside the shoe without discomfort and the arch tough enough to press against the foot without causing pain over time. She now has several pairs for all her shoe needs.

Great for low arches/flat feet
Highly recommend these inserts if you have low arches/flat feet. They fit perfectly and the firmness made my feet super happy!! I didn’t have to cut since they fit my shoes. These are a great value and kept me from getting ride of a perfectly good pair of shoes.

Only rigid part of the way; Not rigid under toes
The description is misleading. My doctor told me to get steel shoe inserts, rigid all the way to the toes, because I’m getting a type of bunion on my big toe because it bends too far when I walk. I thought these were what I needed. They do have a rigid plastic arch support but the entire toes section, the front of the pad, is totally flexible EVA foam. I doubt it will last more than a few months of everyday wear. I still need a rigid insert to keep my toes from bending…I found it and it is only 1.5mm thick so I guess I will wear them together.

The size is true, fit perfectly. However, I have very high arch, I can not feel solid support from this pair of insoles.

Son has flat feet and this is one of the only insoles that have helped with how foot pain.

The arch support is not as “solid” as I was expecting it to be, support is too soft. The middle bump is too high, under the ball rather than lower, where it should be. Alright for price, but not really what I was after.
