NOW I can Save Money NOT going to my Podiatrist for arch supports !!! These Are Amazing!!!!..I just came back from a hike and WOW am I pleasantly surprised !!! They were Sooooo COMFORTABLE I Totally Forgot I had them in my sneakers..and my feet didn’t get tired or sore during my hike, ya know how ur arches can start to hurt right?..But they didn’t at all, again I actually forgot they were in my shoes…I got the size 8-8.5 women’s and my shoes are a size 8 and they fit perfectly without having to cut them..NO curling on the edges or anything, and they REALLY supported my arches/feet amazingly well.!!Also I have narrow feet..and again..these 8-8.5 fit PERFECT!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!!
I have mid to low arches ..so not quite flat feet, but not high arches either..I usually go to my podiatrist and get arch supports made from molds..which I find actually very hard and uncomfortable,( LONG Break-in period of time).. PLUS they’re Super EXPENSIVE..so I wanted to try these out because they’re hundreds of dollars less expensive..

Good for me, but every foot experience is different.
Something most reviewers leave out when posting their personal experiences with shoes and insoles alike is the profile of their feet. No two people are built EXACTLY the same, and that context is very important when reviewing shoes and insoles.I am 5’9″, 175lbs, have VERY high arches on EE width feet, and have suffered from high levels of soreness and general pain for decades having worked on my feet in some capacity or another for majority of that time. I have spent thousands upon thousands on different shoes, brands, and insoles looking for things that work for me, most of which have left me in crying levels of pain by the end of a shift, feet throbbing by the time I’m able to sit and peel my shoes off. When everyone says “you have to try (insert name here) brand of shoe or insole, they’re the best!” that doesn’t apply when you have feet like mine.Given that, I think these are excellent insoles. I personally wish the arches were a BIT higher, but again, I have very high ones myself, so if you sit in the general medium-high arch range these will likely suit you fine. Not sure if they’ll work if you have flat feet as I obviously have no experience there. I am able to work 12 hours at a time, 20,000 steps a day on average, with limited pain using these. Unlike some other brands that sell themselves as all-day insoles for those with high arches and plantar fascia issues, these actually have some cushioning in the heel but are firm enough in the arch to offer support. Trying to find both is a very fine line, many insoles with cushioning fail at support and many with ample support are hard as a rock. My feet don’t roll awkwardly in these, yet I also don’t feel like I’m standing on a rock if I have to stay still. Every single brand has a different definition of “high arch” and many of them place the support in different areas which may or may not work for you with your individual feet. Again, context and foot profile matters.I like the product, as someone with the noted issues above that spends ample time on his feet in both standing and moving capacities. Definitely worth the money to me, much more so than many others. Your experience may vary.

I was skeptical, but definitely fixed my back pain. But the foot pain is still there. Might have to try different remedies. They are very firm the cushion weakens after some time. Over all good insoles.

My son works in HVAC and is on his feet all day in work boots. I bought him these and he said they are amazing! His feet felt comfortable all day. They fit perfect for his huge feet and didn’t need to be cut. The arch support is a life changer. Easy to use, just slide into shoe/boot. So I got the VALSOLE Heavy Duty Support Pain Relief Orthotics hoping for a miracle cure for my rebellious feet. They’re “heavy duty,” which sounds like they could survive a small earthquake or at least a 5K jog. Spoiler alert: my feet survived too, but mostly by rejecting the orthotics and demanding backup.The insoles are firm and supportive, like a tiny, uncomfortable but well-meaning foot drill sergeant. I recently bought a pair of Columbia winter hiking boots, lured by the attractive clearance price. But without a Vibram sole, I soon learned why they were so cheap. The hard, uneven, icy trails (and strap-on ice cleats) left my feet sore and fatigued. I bought these insoles in the hopes that they would compensate for the lack of a vibram sole. And they did precisely that. The whole of the heel and Arch are reinforced with hard plastic, but it’s very comfortable while supportive. It has more than enough flexibility where its needed. The ball of the foot isn’t plastic reinforced with a separate plate, but there is enough cushioning that it absorbs pressure from cleats and hard, uneven ice surfaces. High quality, good materials. Perfect fit (sized… So much better than the store bought “trim to fit” varieties) Highly recommended.
