Best sleep balm EVER!!
My parents used to get this for me when I was a kid and it always helped put me right to sleep, there’s somthing about lavender that’s so soothing and this brands particular scent blend is very pleasant.After years of not using it and completely forgetting it existed, they got me a tin for Chistmas and It still does the job! I recognized the scent immediately and got a little emotional because its the same as I remember after at least 10 years.I absolutely love this balm, it’s moisturizing without staying too oily, a wonderful calming scent and suuuuper affordable in regard to sleeping aids . The tin also lasts forever because the product goes a long way. I just got another one because I know I’ll eventually want more and I found a ton of other balms by them I wanted to try. But I’m not even barly through the one from Christmas time (its currently April) so the one I just bought is going away in a drawer till I need it 😅

It Works! I Swear!
This stuff is amazing. My mom bought it for me for Christmas because she knows I have issues falling asleep and staying asleep and I’m telling you, it works. So well that I actually bought this two pack in addition to the tin she got me because I don’t want to run out (which you won’t I’ve come to find since it lasts forever and you only need a little. I now have one in our guest room for those nights he’s just snoring too much lol) and gave one as a gift to a friend who has the same sleep issues I have. It smells wonderful without being overpowering and I honestly feel the effects within minutes of putting it on. I put it on my temples and a bit under my nose/upper lip. I don’t have any issues with it causing me to break out or staining my pillow etc. and I got my fiance to try it, he was super skeptical, but now he’s obsessed and asks for it every night. It also helps me fall back asleep if I have to get up to use the bathroom or if he’s snoring or the cat wants to be annoying etc. and it works great and I don’t wake up groggy at all no matter the time I put it on in the middle of the night. I’ve even used it for a much-needed nap here and there. I highly recommend this product to anyone who has an overactive mind before bed or has issues waking up throughout the night. There’s only one thing I find kind of funny: I swear I have the most bizarre dreams with this stuff. I’m already a lucid dreamer but this stuff takes my dreams to the next level. No nightmares or anything like that, just absolutely bizarre dreams that I can fully control if I choose to do so. It’s kinda fun and my fiance has said he feels it makes his dreams crazy too. Who knows!? But I will definitely take a full night of crazy dreams over a night full of waking up and tossing and turning just trying to sleep! I’m about to buy the headache and happy mind balms as well because if they work as good as this one, I’m going to be so happy!

why does the scent fade so fast?
nice idea but the smell wears off quickly. Factors such as the amount of sunshine and rain in a given year or fluctuations in temperature can all subtly affect natural ingredients. One season’s pressing of organic extra virgin olive oil may be greener in color than the season prior, or you may experience a stronger or more subtle scent with an essential oil. All of this is normal and expected when working with natural ingredients.Please let us know if you have any questions or how we can be of further help._end of message_I’m updating my review with this info in case anyone else might find it helpful. I still think this balm is a neat idea but the tin I received is a 3-star product given how fast the scent fades. Did my homework – these are the 2 scientifically proven ingredients to aid in sleep. Looked at all the options and basically decided which product to buy on price and reviews. I was SO pleased with this because, even given its affordability, it is am amazing product! The smell is earthy and herby. For those that like patchouli and similar scents, you will probably appreciate this. The tin is wide enough, you can rub on your inner wrist without dipping your fingers in it.I’m planning on buying several now and including in Christmas gift bags.

Badger – Natural Sleep Balm, Lavender & Bergamot
My tin of Badger – Natural Sleep Balm arrived today in excellent condition. However, it doesn’t smell like anything at all and the description says “inhale the aromatic smell of a wonderful night’s sleep.” I will try it as suggested for a few nights to see if it “works.” If not, I will buy a lavender essential oil to add to the balm as I use it–I won’t mix it into the balm itself but into the amount that I take from the tin of balm. I still recommend this product as I have used another kind from this company many years ago and liked it. I’ll update my review when I have used it for a week or so.
