Worth a try if you need support.
These shoe inserts provide me with all the support that I need; they aren’t helping my plantar fasciitis, but I don’t put that on them as my body refuses to work like it’s supposed to. They fit my feet well, and they are comfortable to use in my shoes. They look high-quality, but are quite affordable. They are not a hard insole, but the arch support is stable and supportive.

Very comfortable but can be nosiy
I have flat feet and these are very comfortable. I have spent a few days at work standing up most of the day and these work very well. I also noticed that my lower back didn’t hurt as much as it does daily. I felt some relief on my feet and my back. It is a bit strange to get used to it because these do have an arch, but have not felt pain from wearing them. The materials appear of very good quality and feels durable. I gave it 4 stars because depending on which shoe I wear it, it can be very noisy/squeaky. On my Nike shoes, this squeaky noise is LOUD, but on this pair of shoes, I had to remove the original insole. In some other shoes, I can use it with the original insole and this helps eliminate or reduce the noise.Also note that these are fairly thick and will raise your feet inside your shoes. So your shoes will fit a bit tighter and if you have shoelaces, you will be able to make adjustments. If the shoes don’t have shoelaces, your foot may not fit comfortably.

These work great and are very affordable!
These insoles I have wore for about 5 to 6 weeks and I can honestly say these are great! I have never been diagnosed with plantar fasciitis but I have all the signs of it. I put these into some light weight leather shoes that I have that already had good arch support but they weren’t very comfortable. I can literally wear these all day and my feet feel great. They don’t ache as bad at night and I have had less heel pain and arch cramping since I have started to wear them. I don’t wear the shoes everyday, I still wear my sandals, but I wear them a good deal of the time. They fit great in my 7.5/8 woman’s shoes and I got them in an XS. These work great and are very affordable!

Immediate improvement but noisy…
I rate these plantar fasciitis insoles as 3.5 (rounding up to 4) stars because I could feel the correction and support, but they cause my shoes to squeak so loud, which is not so great in an office environment. They are a tad bit long, so there’s slight bunching in the toes that isn’t too intolerable, but I like that they can be trimmed as needed. Also, the insoles elevate my feet but, fortunately, I can still slip into my shoes. I felt an immediate difference in the positioning of my feet and fell into a peaceful trance of enjoyment with the balance and correction in my posture, but it all quickly changed once I stepped inside a somewhat quiet building. The loud squeaks had me attempting to do all kinds of tricks, like walking on the sides of my feet to silence, but all to no avail. I spent the day apologizing and explaining the noise after getting odd stares, so my dilemma is that I enjoy using the insoles, but they’re not ideal for quiet working areas.

Wir hatten schon öfters diese Einlegesohlen. Hier gibt es nichts zu meckern. Hauptsächlich benutzen wir sie auf Arbeit, denn bei tragisch über 10 Stunden auf den Beinen und endlosen km zu laufen, tun einem die Füße das ab km1 danken. Einfach ein Wolke 7 Effekt!
