A pretty, fun, and versatile skirt
I like this skirt a lot. I guess it’s chiffon… it certainly is as temperamental as chiffon… but it’s not a very thin one. It still feels light and flowy on, and is comfortable and really fun to wear. It is lined and can’t be seen through, and is a good length to go anywhere in. The medium size waistband is 28″ unstretched, and It’s bare elastic. I plan to wear tops long enough to cover the band, since I prefer a covered band. If you have a 25 inch waist it’s going to sit lower than intended by the designer, but on the bright side, it’s not going to be a problem if your waist size fluctuates quite a bit. It may be wrinkle-resistant, but there’s a limit to how rough you can be with it… mine arrived vacuum packed, with deep wrinkles. It took a full gentle wash and line dry to take them out. Since the material is heavier than any chiffon I’ve seen before, this might survive if you accidentally toss it in the washer with the T-shirts, but I suspect it still wouldn’t survive a dryer. And, at the time of this review, this product is being offered for $12.99, which is almost as hard to argue with as pretty and fun. 🙂
