WORTH THE MONEY!!
The bands have great elasticity. These bands can be used in a number of ways to get a great full work out in. You can double the bands for more strength if needed. This has been wonderful for me since starting physical therapy and I can replicate almost 100% of the exercises that we do there with these bands. These are a very functional and space saving alternative to weights and a gym membership. So far the quality has been great and they hold great tension.

Good quality and good price. So far so good, these are holding up nicely. I like that the weight/strength is printed on the fabric connector. It’s nice in pink, black is so boring and most of these kinds of bands are available in black. I bought hooks and screwed them into the frame around the closet – 3 to use with the bands, and one large hook to hang them on for storage. It does come with a bag if you travel and want to take them with.

There were many options for similar equipment on Amazon. I’m really happy with this purchase. The equipment is sturdy and holds up to wear and tear. Very versatile and compact for full body workout options. I have a super cramped house but I’ve been able to do everything I need to with these using the door anchor, which works flawlessly. Great for my PT exercises. Love the colors!
