    Highly recommend!
    I love this daily journal. I was nervous about getting something like this for myself because I’m not used to journaling everyday but I found the prompts short and easy to incorporate in my daily routine. It really does take 6 minutes each day (3 in the am, 3 in the pm). I do however worry that I will get tired of the same 6 daily propers after a few months, but overall I think they are great ways for me to express gratitude, start on a positive note, and mentally organize my day. My favorite things about the daily are the weekly prompts and the reading section at the beginning. The Diary starts with evidence based research that shows why adding this to your daily routine helps. I loved that it answered a lot of my questions and worries about being able to keep up with the journal and gave me helpful tips for starting new and healthier habits such as journaling. The weekly prompts also help break up the daily routine by fostering reflection. They change week to week which is really nice. I also like the weekly challenges – a great way to add some positivity or new things in your week. I highly recommend this diary. It’s also a great gift for someone who like journaling or is on a personal journey.

    Just completed AM for Day 1. I love this journal. The info questions and quality of life assessment had me in tears. I didnt realize how unfulfilled and unhappy I am within myself. But I KNOW this Journal will be one habit in my life that is going to create me into a happier, healthier, purposeful person. The only reason I did not give it a full 5 stars is because 1. There is simply not enough room for responses. I know each section is only supposed to be 3 minutes, but for those of us who write big and long, there isn’t enough space for us to complete the whole response 2.I would love to have had a book jacket to keep it clean. Even something simple 3. I would like to see additional prompts in the notes sections. Maybe something light hearted like “what’s one thing that made you laugh today” but have different light hearted prompts per day.Positives: 1.simple to use, very straightforward with the questions and prompts 2. Simple design, no fluff, and very tasteful 3. Has a “please return to” page 4. The first section is TONS of info about the science behind gratitude and mindfulness. I learned a lot just reading those short sections. Definitely gets you geared up to start journaling.5. Perfect journal for those always in a hurry or for limited time (kids, work, etc) 6. Tons of online resources to help you on your journey. Take advantage of those!Other than those few things that I would change, this is THE gratitude journal. Buy it!! I AM GRATEFUL FOR FINDING THIS JOURNAL!

    Je suis bluffée par l’efficacité de ce journal. Je l’ai acheté sans trop y croire. Le début du journal est plutôt un livre explicatif sur le fonctionnement du cerveau, sources scientifiques a l’appui. J’ai adoré ce passage qui me permet de mieux comprendre le fondement de la gratitude. Puis je me suis lancée tous les jours. Au début, l’exercice n’est pas simple, il faut se forcer à scanner sa journée pour trouver 1 2 ou 3 éléments positifs. Et puis rapidement on prend le pli et on se rend compte que tout devient plus simple. Il y a aussi une page de 5 questions plus profondes que je faisais le dimanche : des questions que je ne m’étais jamais posées avant. Bref je recommande !

    I have been using the diary for 3 weeks and I have noticed tremendous improvement in my mood and the way I tackle my tasks. I feel much present and happier knowing I have so much to be grateful for! Writing in the diary feels like I have a best friend to speak to at the end of the day about my day.     I am glad I purchased this – I’ve been filling it out everyday for 2 + weeks now and I can already see the difference. I am focusing more on the positives in daily life and being more appreciative of lil things in life. I reccommend this journal highly but also caution that this is a door available to you, you have to be the one to want to walk through it and decide to walk down the path to self improvement. “You can lead a horse to the water but you can’t make it drink” – you have to want to drink before picking this up.I really like that I spend so little time on it (given my busy schedule). I also like really appreciated the chapters that explained why this might or rather, will work. The every day format is simple & every end of the week it allows you to spend some time reflecting. Im ordering two more so I can give them to my friends for Xmas. Definitely a gem of a find!!Also – I applaud every single person who is here, trying to become a better human – you can’t change or control what happens in the world but you can change your self to be kinder and more appreciative. The change for the better starts with you and you alone. :)To the team that created this: Thank you for this wonderful Journal 🙏 I am sure I will get another one after I finish my current journal.
