Beautiful sweater for fall and winter
I’m really happy with this sweater. The fit is flattering without being tight, and the cropped length hits just right at the waist — perfect with high-waisted jeans or trousers for a polished but easy look. Since return to office, I’ve been on the hunt for cute, comfy basics for work. You know the kind of shirt or sweater you want to throw on and not think about and all you need is some jewelry to jazz it up and your only concern is if you should wear black or navy trousers? This is it. I’m on my first wear of this, but it’s a dream. It’s soft. It’s warm. I can EASILY pair this sweater with a cute jacket or layer a button up under or over depending on what look I’m going for. Unsure of how it’s going to wear after washing. And while I was typing that out I just realized I should probably NOT buy every single color of this sweater I just added to cart until it’s been washed a few times. I do plan on hanging up to dry though. I’m unsure if I can trust my dryer not to shrink it. This is not a heavy, wool sweater. It doesn’t feel like that gross, synthetic material we’re used to with some Amazon purchases…you know what I’m talking about. This feels more like I bought a knock off cashmere sweater at a cute, midwestern pharmacy and gift shop downtown that has a small hallmark collectibles section and Fannie May chocolates…IFYKYK. A medium fits well; hits right at the waist, but I’m not worried about lifting my arms and it suddenly becoming a crop top. I’m 5’2 for reference and I guess you could say chesty for my short stature. Normally, I wear a medium and don’t worry about that medium not fitting, if that makes sense! I’d post a picture, but I made the mistake of ordering the white and it’s really accentuating my need for a tan.

If the truth be known, I will say that I waited to Write a review until I had received every single sweater in every color. I did not want to ruin my chances of getting the correct size after raving about the sweater. The sweaters feel very soft, cozy, warm but are not hot in fall weather. The fabric used is of a good quality. There will be some pilling as your arms move across the sides of the shirt and possibly in the bust area if you are leaning up against things. This is normal for a fuzzy, soft sweater and the pills come off extremely easy With the sweater looking brand new again. The sweater is a cropped cut but not so short that your abdomen will show. I sized up and got an XL even though the Large would’ve fit just fine. Every single color is beautiful and since I bought them all and I can honestly give my opinion. :)I have not washed the sweaters yet, but will be sure to turn them inside out and probably hand wash. Machine wash with cold water would probably be fine. Lay flat to dry.
