Game changer
I wear a lot of shoes that have very flat soles and wide toe boxes for strength training, but I think they’re beginning to take their toll on my feet. I’ve tried insoles with various shoes in the past and I’ve always felt like they make my shoes too tight, but I decided to give these a try anyway. And wow, so far so good! I think the extra space in my training shoes allows the insoles to fit a little better. They’re so much more comfortable now, but these insoles are low-profile enough that they don’t feel like they’re negatively impacting the stability of the shoe. They were just a smidge tricky to insert since they’re kind of sticky, but that in turn means they stay in place well once you get them installed. They took a minute to get used to just because I’m so accustomed to the flat interior of my shoes, but then the comfort kicked in. And at this price point, I definitely want to order a couple more pairs to use with some of my other shoes.

Comfortable support and easy to insert into boots
Really glad I got these! I was working a seasonal job as a custodian and walking 20k-25k steps per night during my shifts. I got these as insoles for my blundstones and they provided a lot of pain relief and cushioning. I appreciated not having to cut them in order to fit them into the boots. My live-in-bestie needed some insoles for their Doc Martens and I recommended these, they seem to like them as well. I think these would also work with the heels I wear for special events, but I haven’t tried that yet because I haven’t had to go to any conferences in a while!

I used to used this type of arch support in shoes with higher heels, but now I find these work well with flats too.

Comfort and not bulky.
Can’t go wrong with Dr. Scholls. I needed these for my tennis shoes. They were too flat but also too cute not to wear. I ordered these and slid them into my shoes, I’m obsessed. They are thick enough to make a difference for my foot health but also thin enough, it’s not bulky. They are comfortable and helped with pain relief. They had no smell.

RUN SUPER SMALL
I am a size 10 shoe. There is no way these should be advertised as size 10! If I put the inserts in where the heel of the shoe is lined up with the heel of the insert the arch is in the front of my heel (therefore 1 star). I lined the insert up with my foot and the they are super comfortable (If they fit I would give 5 stars). I would recommend these for smaller size feet or those with bigger feet who don’t mind playing around withe the placement all the time.

Well pleased; bought additional pairs
Excellent arch support and heel cushioning. Much better than the standard insets in my New Balance sneakers which aren’t all that shabby to start with. So good I ordered two more pairs for the pairs of shoes. Also much less expensive than other Dr. Scholl’s I’ve tried and are much more supportive and comfortable

Great insoles…
These are so comfortable. I use them in my cheap shoes and use them for work. They improved the standing time immensely. I will be buying more. Highly recommend. Great value for quality.

Helps my feet
I walk a lot almost every day 2 to 7 miles a day. I really needed these because my feet were hurting really bad and I was told that my feet were getting kind of flat. So I’ve been using these for over a week now, and it has really improved. I even felt it after a couple of days. Depending on the shoe it can affect the height of your foot coming out of the shoe as you’re walking. So I would test it out in different shoes. It works better in like tennis shoes or boots not as much in flat shoes because they don’t have enough height on the material of the shoe around your ankle.
