I'm a 34A and I often don't need a bra at all–except I don't like being able to see my nipples through my clothing. I also get cold very easily, so this happens every time I walk into any building with AC running in it.
Forget all those IG stories of 'cakes' and whatnot that are costing $25-40+. These are $12 each and they work amazingly well. 8 hours in the summer sweating and they did not fall off. Just do as the instructions say do Not put any lotion on your skin prior to placement and make sure the surface is completely dry.
They say they're good for 25+ uses, but I suspect with careful care they will last a Very long time. I just the little paper and plastic case they come with and use mild soap and water and let them air dry facing up on a microfiber cloth. Then I put the paper back on the sticky portion, put them back in the case, they're ready for next time.
I bought these as an impulse purchase from CVS in NYC and they were $17 each there. I should have just taken the plunge and got them from amazon for $12 each, but now I have a travel set and a set for both of my houses I travel to and from.

I’ve tried many different brands and types of nipple covers / bra alternatives, and these are by far the best available option. That said, they are not actually invisible under most of my clothes.
What I like about them: the quality is great. I got a solid three months of frequent use out of my first pair, and even after three months they were still sticky! They are comfortable to wear and easy to apply. They stay on, even when I’m active — I’ve even worn them to yoga. They are painless to remove and don’t leave any residue on the skin. The carrying case is great, and makes it easy to keep them clean and sticky when not in use. They’re thick enough to keep my nipples from looking pointy.
What I don’t like: unfortunately, they’re not invisible. The outline is actually quite visible under most of my clothes. I live in a hot climate, so I wear a lot of light and thin fabrics. The edges of these nipple covers are thick, which makes the round outline quite visible if I wear anything light, thin, or form-fitting. I’ve included photos in both bright and dim lighting and in two different types of shirts so that you can see.
Overall these are still by far the best available option for a bra alternative. I just wish they were a little less visible under my clothes.

Bras are so uncomfortable for me. I haven't worn a bra for years now. But I needed something to cover my nipples from showing through my shirt. These are exactly what I've been looking for! Almost perfect. I'm a B/C cup, not white or pale skinned but still light skinned so I ordered the regular size in the light color (I almost ordered the medium color but then I read that you run the risk of them looking like dark nipples through your shirt)
They are thin and stick right on. Large enough to cover the whole nipple and areola but not large enough to cover the whole breast. They get the job done! I've worn them multiple times under a silk dress for a wedding and under cotton t-shirts and long sleeve shirts when going out. You can't see them through the dresses or shirts.
I use the plastic packaging as a carrying case and keep them in my purse. They are really comfortable I forget I'm wearing them.
My only minor complaint is the outer edges need to be stickier but I can still wear them no problem

I use these all the time instead of a bra. I typically can never see them through clothing. Highly suggest!!!!! I use mine many times.
