Gentle, effective and perfect for sensitive skin
The Toleriane cleanser from La Roche- Posay is one of the best. I have tried. It’s very gentle, non-irritating, and leaves the skin clean without any thightness. It’s removes dirt and excess oil perfectly without drying the skin. Ideal for sensitive or reactive skin. The texture is light, rinses off easily, and has no strong fragrance. After using it my skin feels cool and refreshing. Absolutely worth it an essential product!

Great 2nd wash cleanser
This cleanser is an essential part of my Korean skincare routine. I start with the IUNIK Calendula Oil Cleanser, then follow with the La Roche-Posay Toleriane Hydrating Gentle Face Cleanser before moving on to the COSRX Snail Mucin Essence, AXIS-Y Artichoke Ampoule, and NACIFIC Facial Cream. It’s the perfect second step in a double cleanse—gentle, effective, and refreshing without being harsh.What I Like:After using an oil-based cleanser, this one adds a light tingling and cooling sensation that makes my skin feel awake. It rinses off cleanly and leaves my face feeling soft, hydrated, and completely refreshed. It’s that kind of “clean” feeling that doesn’t dry you out. I have used this cleanser exclusively now for over a year. It’s the first time I’ve had no irritation or pain from a cleanser. I’ve tried so many and have never found “the one” for me until this one. I know this because my skin has been happy for over a year 😳. It seems I’ve been on this quest since my teens (now many exits back on life’s highway)and had not found something that didn’t irritate me either immediately or after a few weeks/months. Something always happened to make me continue the search. For me it’s gentle enough not to irritate but removes dirt and makeup well. It never leaves my skin feeling stripped or too dry. For full disclosure, I use a melting balm first and follow with this. It cleans my skin perfectly. No trace of the balm or makeup left after using. No fragrance that I detect. Great cleanser for me. (Sensitive/dry skin prone to redness that hates fragrance in skin products)

It’s a very gentle cleanser, perfect for normal to dry and sensitive skin. It cleans effectively without leaving my skin feeling tight or dry.I really appreciate that it’s fragrance-free, since my skin is easily irritated. Since using it, my skin feels more hydrated and calm. The creamy texture is pleasant, a little goes a long way, and it works great both morning and night.It also contains niacinamide and ceramides, which help support and protect the skin barrier. Seems to be a good product at a good price
I recently switched over to a lot of “Age Smart” Dermatologica products including one of their “age smart” cleansers with lipoic acid. I tend to have dry skin anyway but now I know why people say that they can sometimes only use it once a week. My skin was so dry and tight with that even though it does help with exfoliation and lightning dark spots. I would layer two moisturizer on top of my face after that at night and my face still felt dry. I think it’s too much if you have any kind of dry skin so I was just trying to look up a more moisturizing cleanser I could use on most other days and thought I was going to have to spend at least another $40 with another one of their products that’s more gentle and hydrating. I ran across a site that had the “Best Skin products of 2025” and they had a lot of products listed that I know are great like SkinCeuticals and Dermatologica. they had one winner for each stage of facial care, and I was kind of surprised that they had this as the number one moisturizing cleanser and the price was excellent compared to other brands and I could buy it on Amazon. It seems to be nice and creamy and gentle and just what I was looking for. I’m sure I will keep buying it in the future as it’s a cleanser, not a face serum or something you really need to scrutinize. Happy with it

Incredible healing for sensitive skin
I have very sensitive skin that reacts poorly to stress, allergies, fragrances, etc… However this face wash has effectively helped repair my skin barrier while aiding the overall health, texture, tone, and cleanliness of my skin. It is highly moisturizing and when paired with La Roche Posay moisturizer my skin is protected and healthier. This has helped me manage breakouts and eczema, reducing inflammation and allowing my skin to heal quickly. It is fragrance free and soap-free which helps keep the skin barrier happy and healthy. There are no complaints with this product, it is absolutely an essential for me.

Great cleanser and love the refill option, but very minimal suds
I really like this cleanser, especially because the refill option helps cut down on plastic waste – huge plus for me. It’s gentle, hydrating, and works well for my skin, but it barely produces any suds. Not a deal breaker, just something to keep in mind if you prefer a foamy face wash. Overall, still a solid, skin-friendlycleanser.

Gentle Giant, Quality Product
I use this cleanser because it’s made by La Roche Posay. They put quality ingredients into their products. I like this cleanser because it comes in a large bottle which gives you plenty to use when washing your face 2x a day and leave extra to put into a travel container. It comes out white, it’s super gentle. And the cleanser is thicker than Cetaphil cleanser. I actually prefer it being non-watery and gel like. Highly recommend for a hydrated face wash.

I haven’t been using this face wash for long, but I already love it! It’s so gentle on my skin but really effective—when I wipe my face after, the wipe is completely clean. You only need one pump per wash (though I always use two to be thorough).I absolutely love the pump design! My last face wash leaked everywhere, and I broke nails trying to open it, so this is so much easier to use. The bottle is a great size and will last ages, especially for the price—it’s honestly such good value. I tried to price match elsewhere, but with postage, it worked out the same, so Amazon was quicker and more convenient.So far, I’m really impressed and hope it lasts as well as it’s started!
