Parfum is hard to buy when you don’t get to smell it first. I’m not going to lie, the beautiful packaging is what first caught my eye. Brilliantly beautiful bottle, and who doesn’t like to be surrounded by pretty things? There were many scents to choose from, but I decided on the scent that I did because it sounded like it was light and fresh. I received my package today, and was so excited when I opened the box. It was just as pretty as the bottle! There was no leakage, and the bottle was in pristine condition. The scent is a warm but subtle blend of vanilla, musk, and every once in awhile I smell a hint of rose and something else that reminds me of a slice of sweet watermelon. I’m not sure if that scent is involved, it’s just what comes to my mind. A little goes a long way! If you are wearing it for work, go light. Spray it lightly on your wrists and then rub your wrists behind your ears and down the sides of your neck. If you’re going out on a night on the town or clubbing, you can easily use a few extra sprays behind your knees and cleavage, and the back of your neck. Everyone will sense you coming with this fragrance on! It is quite effective at giving you that scent of luxury, with a price that will not break your bank account. Keeping in mind that not every scent smells the same on everyone, if you find this scent not to your liking, you can easily gift it to a friend that does like it, as it looks like you are offering them a very pricey gift but didn’t cost you even 30 dollars. All in all, a very nice parfum with an exotic vanilla muskiness and scent of rose. You will smell like you just entered a club in Dubai with this one on. Also keep in mind, parfum is stronger than eau de toilette, so the scent will last you longer and stronger. Definitely a must have in your perfume rotation, I am going to try them all!!

When a scent makes random people stop you to ask the name, you know it’s that great!
This scent made me stop a random woman and ask what she was wearing. Needless to say, she was more than happy to tell me all about it. Which then led to me searching Amazon and finding, purchasing and discovering there were other scents! The scent smells very expensive, but is an absolute steal at this price! It’s a beautiful bottle, sprays evenly, lasts all day and I can even smell it on my clothing days later. I was afraid it would be a tiny bottle based on the price, but it is indeed a full, large, heavy bottle. I loved it so much, I also purchased the white/gold bottle and love it too!

Update #2:Ok… don’t laugh… Well…okay… little…. I’m coming off a Covid high… Showered… Sprayed myself down with Yara and…… I smell of an Intense can of Play-doh! I loved that smell… So! I just hit the Buy button… Again!!!! 💕Update#1:I’ve worn Yara 3 days in a row now. It’s becoming my go to for day and night. It’s just decadent. It can be worn year round. I put two sprays on at night before bedtime. I smell it throughout the night and I can still smell it when I wake up in the morning. My husband says I smell beautiful. He loves it! I keep trying to pick out all the scents in it. I’m down to: Very light floral, marshmallowy creamy pineapple, amber, vanilla and a slight powdery scent. Just Yummy without being juvenile. I did receive Candy and Tous. Both are a big NO for me. Candy smells like a juvenile and cheap dime store cotton candy fragrance and Tous smells like a cheap floral and incense fragrance. A big No Go on those two for me but Yara? I BIG YES!! I now own 3 bottles of it because I’m scared they’ll stop making it.Original Review:Yummy! Yummy! Yummy! I was perusing on Amazon like I always do and found myself looking at perfume again. This bottle popped up in my daily items of “ You Might Like These”. The pink bottle caught my eye and I had to look and read about it. Of course all the positive reviews were there but I was like “Does it really smell that good?” It’s an Arabic perfume and my mind and nose started saying it’s going to smell like incense. So I read some more about it, cruised past it, came back to it and decided to buy it. I convinced myself if it smells bad, at least the bottle is pretty. 💁. So a couple days go by and it arrives. No leaks, well packaged and bottle looked just like the photo. So… how does it smell? Yummy! Yummy! Yummy! No incense! I smell, a juicy citrus, almost pineapple like, amber, vanilla, a little bit powdery, it’s absolutely decadent and beautiful! It’s not a juvenile gourmand fragrance. Get BBW out of your head. I really can’t describe all these different scents in it. One second my nose captures a beautiful pink flower and then it shifts to juicy tropical fruits, then it shifts to a light airy powdery scent. This perfume makes me feel beautiful! The sillage is pretty good. I put on two sprays and it lasted about 8 hours. Right out of the bottle it’s a bit in your face but give it about 10 minutes and the dry down is mesmerizing. This perfume is beautiful! I immediately ordered another bottle of the Yara and purchase two other scents while I was at it-Tous and Candy. Go ahead and hit the Buy Button. You won’t regret this purchase if you are a gourmand scent person.

Appena ho spruzzato Lattafa Yara, ho capito subito perché tutti ne parlano così bene. È un profumo cremoso, vanigliato e femminile, con quella dolcezza raffinata che non stanca mai. Le prime note ricordano una mousse ai fiori e vaniglia, mentre sul fondo resta un tocco caldo e vellutato che dura davvero a lungo sulla pelle e sui vestiti, il giorno dopo lo sento ancora!Il flacone è bellissimo e lussuoso, sembra molto più costoso di quanto sia in realtà. Ogni volta che lo indosso ricevo complimenti, soprattutto da chi ama i profumi eleganti ma non troppo forti.Perfetto per giorno e sera, specialmente in autunno e inverno. Se ami profumi tipo Ariana Grande Cloud o Baccarat Rouge ma vuoi qualcosa di più cremoso e meno costoso, Yara è una gemma nascosta.
