Broken buckle

I recently purchased a pair oncai sandalsof from your store, and I wanted to share my experience with you.Initially, I was extremely pleased with the design, comfort, and overall quality of the shoes. They fit perfectly and quickly became my go-to footwear for various occasions. However, after a short period of usage, I encountered an unfortunate issue with the buckle. It snapped unexpectedly, rendering the shoes unusable.Regrettably, I missed the return window due to unforeseen circumstances, which is why I am reaching out to you directly. I genuinely believe that this defect is not a reflection of the usual quality of your products. What’s not to love
These red flat sandals are my favorite. They are comfortable, have support and the gold buckles are an added splash of fashion. The nail detail on the sides is what drew me to these in the first place. I was NOT disappointed. The buckles are not big so they are not flashy. The quality of these sandals are great and I can not believe the price. What a great summer into fall sandal.

Cute, comfy, and affordable summer sandals.
I love this red suede, youthful sandals . They perk up any casual outfit with their bright and cheery color. They aren’t super cushy, but they are supportive to my feet which I need. I would recommend buying these since the fit is perfect. I wouldn’t do a long walk in them, but that isn’t what I bought them for.

Damaged after a few weeks
I would like to give 5 stars however after only wearing them a few times the left sandal cracked on the heal and broke off. They were very comfortable and cute. I got many compliments. Great color too! Just lacking in quality.

Great product
Love theses!!! The inside sole is soft and they are very comfortable to be in. I have a big, narrow foot and being able to adjust the straps worked perfectly for me to be able to wear these.

I ordered these Oncai sandals to replace my worn-out Birkenstocks that I had been wearing the last five years, thinking I would save money. Two months into wearing these, I noticed pieces of cork all over the carpet of my home. They fell apart after two months of wear! If you buy cheap, you buy expensive. Had to go out and get a genuine pair of Birkenstocks again.
