Comfortable for bunions
Best shoe I’ve ever purchased. It has a wide toe box, adjustable arch support, soft cushioned foot bed, extra inserts and the shoe material stretched to accommodate my bunion. What else could you want?

Highly recommend but will need to break in a little bit.
When I first got these shoes, I went on a long walk and they got me a little blister on my ankle. Everything else about this shoe is perfect. It’s nice and wide at the toe and so comfortable plus they come with extra inserts. I loved them so much. I decided to walk short distances in them to see if I could break them in? This worked perfectly now I walk very long distances with no blisters. They’re very comfortable.

Great arch support, but may be an issue for supinators.
Was so disappointed to return these as I thought I had found my dream shoe. The size 10 wide was perfect (I consistently wear a 10.5 wide), so these must run a bit small. The shoe was incredibly comfortable, appeared to be well made, and the extra green optional includedarch support worked well with my very high arches. The issue is that I supinate badly where my ankles roll outward. From the pictures, I thought the gray section of the shoe was going to be a rigid piece that would provide some outer stability, but its the same material as the rest of the shoe. I would wear down the outside of these shoes very quickly.

Best sneaker I’ve ever owned
This is my first pair of these sneakers and I like them so much I convinced my husband to buy a pair of the men’s version. They have a wide toe box, are very comfortable. Come with two different size inserts so you can adjust the insole to your liking plus they also include an arch support insert if that is needed.I have toe problems and it is critical for me to have a wide toe box so that my toes do not touch one another. This is the first shoe I’ve purchased that solves that problem. The shoe is lightweight, is well-made, the material is breathable, it’s a neat looking shoe and the company offers a variety of colors. Highly recommend this shoe and they do run true to size.

Good product, but insoles are not “all that”!
I have a collection of 3 pair of Orthofeet attire: 2 pr sneakers and 1 pr summer shoes. These sneakers are pretty and the color is striking. Used them specifically to help my 26 yo son move into his 3rd story apartment recently and my feet were comfortable for the entire time. This is important because in Sept 2021 my left ankle was replaced and in Oct 2022, my right ankle was replaced. I have a whole collection of insoles, so I pull out the Orthofeet insoles AND arch support boosters (when I’m going to do extended walking) and put in my more sturdy insoles. The cushions offered by Orthofeet with their products are helpful. I’m forever using them in different shoes. Durability of their products has been great so far!

Rubs the back of the foot – lots of pain
My kid overpronates so much he pretty much walks on the inside of his shoes. I looked for shoes that would help him correct this and these came up. He only likes bright colors so the turquoise was a hit. We put in the arch supports but they were loose, so we put in the 1/16th filler as well. Even with that, the back of his foot was rubbing against the shoe, which is stiff and rides up high. I thought it was just because he was wearing ankle socks so sent him to school in quarter socks that completely covered the area. He was in terrible pain from the rubbing by the end of the day.I checked the listing and they show a woman with no visible socks, so this shouldn’t be a problem, but it is. I read through the reviews and found several people who also had pain from rubbing. I wish I’d been more careful because now they’re worn outside and can’t be returned.I did read one review that said the rubbing resolved after she broke the shoes in, so I’m going to put a cushion bandage on my kid’s heels and hope it resolves. Otherwise, we just wasted money on new shoes that hurt him and won’t get worn =(.

Plantar Fasciitis pain greatly reduced since discovering this shoe brand
I have been wearing this brand of shoe since late last year because severe plantar fasciitis in both feet made walking agonizing. I originally bought a pair of Orthofeet Mary Janes, needing a pair of shoes that could be dressed up or down after experiencing the ordeal of finding a pair of shoes I could wear to my son’s wedding and walk without crying. Those ended up alleviating my foot pain to the extent that I decided to give a sneaker style from the same brand a try–hence, this purchase. My plantar fasciitis flare-up began last September and I made my first Orthofeet purchase probably in November. (I can’t find a record of it on Amazon, so I might have bought it straight from the brand’s website.) By February, when I purchased this pair of shoes, I had already begun to notice a difference. There was some relief from the first time I tried walking with this brand of insole, but the longer I continued to do so, the more improvement I could feel in my foot pain. I think the arch support in the Mary Janes fits my foot slightly better than in these, but these shoes have become my go-to for everyday wear. The few “cons” I can think of with this particular shoe are as follows:1. They squeak. The insoles in my other two Orthofeet shoes do not, so I don’t know why this particular shoe is different, but unfortunately it is. However, I can live with squeaky insoles if that means being able to stand and walk around with little to no pain.2. The toe box is not quite as room as I would prefer. The moment I get home, I switch to my Orthofeet sandals, or even to the Mary Janes. However, I think going up to a Wide shoe might make them fit too loosely in the heel area. Those are literally the only problems I can think of with these shoes. The insoles are great and the level of arch support can be tailored to your individual foot’s needs. (I need the additional rigid support that goes underneath the main insole.) The insoles are removable and in theory could be used in other shoes if they also have a removable insole, but I haven’t tried this yet. The sizing seems to be accurate for me, aside from preferring a slightly more roomy toe box. And I haven’t experienced any tendency to slip in these during wet weather, which is a plus for me since I had a bad slip-and-fall back injury a few years ago and prefer to wear shoes as non-slip as possible now. (By the way, since wearing these insoles, I have also had greatly reduced to nonexistent back pain, so I suspect my previous lack of proper arch support was hindering my healing from my back injury.)I have since purchased a pair of summer sandals in this brand and will collect other styles as I can afford them. (Because price is the other drawback to this brand, though it is still in a reasonable enough range that I’m willing to pay a bit more for the pain relief.)

comfortable
Very comfortable shoe. Easy to slip on and off. I liked the added inserts so that you can customize the support you need. I will definitely buy these again when its time.
