This eye cream definitely is moisturizing. It’s not greasy. However, I do not see the puffiness changing after two months of use. It is unscented.

I have been applying this retinol cream for my lower eyelids for about a week. I have obtained noticeable improvements as the “creppy” skin tightened itself right back up. I still have ways to go, but so far this has worked, unlike other products I have tried. Let’s hope this is sustainable.
