Great for Sleep
I really like these sleep mask headphones! They’re very comfortable and do an excellent job of keeping all the light out. The Bluetooth connection is super quick and easy — I had no trouble pairing them. I use them every night to listen to podcasts that help me fall asleep, and they work perfectly for that. The battery lasts several full nights (I usually wear them from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m.) before needing a recharge, which is impressive. They also stay in place really well and don’t slide around like some of the other brands I’ve tried. Highly recommend if you want something comfortable and reliable for sleep!

I’ve used a few of these now over the years. I have a condition where I need to have some sort of noise stimulus in order to sleep peacefully, so these devices have been a lifesaver. Before them, I would wake up several times throughout the night, often waking my wife and it led to less sleep for both of us and way more irritability in our days.So, with that backstory out of the way, I’ll say that this is by far the best sleepmask with embedded BT speakers that I’ve ever used. Seriously, the best. And that’s after about 3 months of use now.What makes this better than the others? Build quality, layout, sound quality, fabric quality.First, a lot of these masks have all their parts sort of floating in the mask. This leads to a lot of wires that are easily accessible but which then quickly get out of place, pushed around, and make for a less comfortable fit and leads to pulling and tugging of the components to the point of damage. This mask had everything in very well pocketed positions. The speakers were floating enough to reposition to a comfortable location, but not so much it was all loose.Second, most of these masks have a charging port attached to a cable that is off to the side of the mask. the port and cable get moved around and then end up in uncomfortable positions, and worse sometimes lead to guts of the electronics falling out of the mask. This one has the charging port embedded into the control unit, easily accessible at the top of the mask. This one of the best features IMO.Third, the sound quality is much improved. It’s a small speaker set and don’t expect top notch quality, but it’s still better than any of the other units I’ve used which often sounded like cheap phone speakers. This is at least closer to mid-range earbuds.Fourth, the fabric is quality. Other masks get so stretched out and start getting looser and looser. I redo the Velcro tightening strap, but it’s still too loose and I run out of Velcro. This one is tight! And it stays tight! I’ve used it three months and never once had to retighten anything. It fits right every time.So, why is it only four stars? Well, primarily the battery life. Other units I’ve used have been able to go several nights, or at least two nights without a new charge being required. This one will make it maybe 1 1/2 nights, so you have to recharge every morning or it’s going to go out mid way through the next night. Maybe this is fine for you, but I really wish it could go a couple days as there are times I’m on the road away from convenient charging options so I have to ration my use which for me sucks. Also, the sound quality as I said is better than any similar device I’ve used, but still isn’t great. I’m sure it could be improved.If I were solely rating in comparison to other similar devices, it would be a 4 1/2 star rating, with a point off for the smaller battery.Hope this review helps. I know I wish I had one like this as I was shopping around for all these masks, it would have saved me months and money.

One of my favorite purchases EVER
I’m a light sleeper; my boyfriend sometimes snores. Anyone who has dealt with a snoring partner will be well aware of the (entirely justifiable) homicidal thoughts that can ensue from dealing with this condition. I tried ear plugs, other headphones to muffle the gosh awful noise with success, & finally found these. With brown noise from Spotify on loop (the BEST thing I have found that “matches” snoring but drowns it out in a soothing way,) I can now sleep through the night in comfort. The blackout function is legitimate, it fits even my tiny head, & it’s very soft & stretchy. I read reviews that it wasn’t comfortable to sleep with on your side. That is the only way I sleep. Unless you are the Princess & the Pea, or have very hard pillows that smush your face, I can’t see how these would be uncomfortable. Also, yes, the battery doesn’t last a week, only a couple of days. So what? Get a multi charger cord, plug that bad boy in next to your bed, and when you get up, plug it in and stuff it under your pillow. This doesn’t have to be a 1st world problem people. Again, for the price, this can’t be beat. In fact, even if it breaks, I’d be willing to buy one quarterly to be able to SLEEP.

I LOVE this sleep mask.Pros: It uses the USBC Cord.It’s very very soft material, and hugs your head well.The sound quality seems great as well, though I’ve only used it at home and had to turn the sound off bc I got scared that I couldn’t hear other sounds, but it will work well on an airplane or hotel I think.Con:The only con is that the material made my face kind of hot. I live in the desert and not sure I’d want to use this during the 125 degree summers. So if you sleep hot you may want to look into one with more satiny material.
