I usually dislike hyped-up fragrances, but I tested Born in Roma while wandering around downtown one evening and was in love with it by the time I got home. It feels feminine and cheerful, just girly in the best way, and full of sunshine.The opening is sweet and sparkling, with jasmine wrapped in vanilla musk and warm, cuddly cashmere. The candied blackcurrant and pink pepper add a charming sweetness that makes the whole fragrance feel literally pink.Some reviewers say it’s weak, but on me it lasts all day with a noticeable scent trail. When I first unboxed my bottle, I was disappointed because it smelled flatter than the tester. After letting it sit and macerate for a couple weeks, however, it bloomed into the scent I remembered and loved, and now I wear it frequently.I especially love wearing this in the winter, when its richness feels like a cozy hug against the cold. If you enjoy modern, sweet fruity-florals with a touch of depth and vanilla, Born in Roma is both comforting and uplifting. My bottle doesnt have all the fun grooves and it isnt bright pink – its just a normal glass spray bottle. Smells good, although i prefer Born in Roma Green Stravaganza. That one is more sweet while this one is a bit cleaner

This fragrance is everything!!!! I will be buying a large bottle and more small ones to travel with.. it’s the perfect size for traveling and the scent lasts long enough! Based on the price of a large bottle, this price point isn’t terrible either!
