Great quality yoga mat!
This has been the best yoga mat that I’ve bought and I have several. It is the perfect thickness and has held up great. It hasn’t pealed like some that I’ve had. Also, it doesn’t slide around.

Great quality, economical price, sleek look
This yoga mat is very reasonably priced for the quality level. I opted for the Brown & Apricot colorway, and in person it’s a calm neutral brown-taupe shade, and the reverse side is tan-taupe; the color blend is nice and overall the mat looks higher end.The thickness is 8mm and it’s surprisingly cushiony compared to a standard flat yoga mat with next to no cushion at all. I also have other mats, however, that are three times this 8mm thickness that provide true cushion when I need it for floor work to spare my knees and elbows from hurting because of hard floors. This 8mm thickness is also good, though, and easier for toting since it’s considerably smaller/less circumference when rolled up. I also like that it has the elasticized carry strap; it doesn’t seem like it will lose its stretch any time soon, so it should continue to fit the mat and keep it contained when rolled up.The mat is non-slip on both sides. It has texture to prevent it from sliding on the floor, as well as providing some grip for your feet. I’m glad that it doesn’t have any detectable chemically odor as I’ve experienced with other mats in the past of lesser quality. And, it’s not sticky; nothing worse than trying to use a yoga mat that your body sticks to throughout the exercises! At 72 inches, 6 feet, it’s long enough to accommodate most heights comfortably. Great mat to add to my collection!

Great for older knees, extra cushion, yet still stable and supportive
**Background:** I’m a man over 50, 6 feet tall, weighing 225 pounds. I practice Pilates and also do a lot of mat-based workouts, stretching, and yoga on my own. **Build Quality:** This is an interesting mat—it’s very lightweight, yet the foam density is perfectly balanced. **Function:** Over my 50+ years, I’ve battered my knees quite a bit, so I need extra cushioning. However, I don’t like feeling unstable, so I choose my yoga mats carefully. The material is very light, which makes unrolling and flattening it a bit frustrating at first, especially since it was rolled very tightly during shipping. Once I let it relax, that became a minor issue. I really like how it feels on my knees. It’s thicker than a typical yoga mat, but it doesn’t feel unstable, nor does it bottom out on cheap, unsupportive foam. If you have sensitive knees, I believe this is a good option, especially if you prefer something lightweight. I do a lot of one-knee poses, which put extra strain and weight on that knee, so having a good mat is essential—this one definitely performs well even with my large frame. I also do many one-legged standing exercises and dislike feeling unstable because the mat underneath shifts or gives way. **Conclusions:** I think this yoga mat excels at being lightweight, plush, and supportive. However, because it is light, it requires a bit of effort to roll out flat. I’m not sure why I’m being asked, but I asked to comment on the stretch ability, though in reality, there isn’t much stretch ability in this yoga mat.

Not as thick or wide as I had hoped
I was excited to receive this mat as I recently began taking exercise classes at the gym and a nice Yoga/exercise mat was required. I was rather disappointed when I received this as it wasn’t extremely wide (about the same width as a regular run of the mill mat) and it wasn’t as thick as I had hoped. The upside is it is lightweight so if you have a bag where you can easily carry this that would be a benefit. The strap also allows you to carry it alone, and again as this mat isn’t heavy it would not be a burden to carry to and from the car when you are attending classes. I personally prefer my mats to be a bit thicker as I trend to be able to feel the floor when I am doing certain exercises, so a mat that offers a great deal of cushion is preferred. For the price point I personally think the overall quality and thickness should be improved. I wasn’t impressed with it and after a few attempts at using it during exercise classes (I will say it did not move when I was doing the floor work however it definitely could have provided a better level of comfort), I decided to look elsewhere for a better mat. This wasn’t a winner for me.

Thick, soft, comfortable, non slip.
I use this at home for my home workout routine and stretching. I am 5’5 and I’m able to lay flat with still enough room left. This mat is thick enough to provide comfort but it does seem pretty light. I question the durability and quality for portability. Since I will be using it at home and I have carpet, it may last. But it feels very light and has a feel to it like it could get messed up easily. It has a bit of stretch to it. It is still a decently made product and the pricing matches the quality. If you plan on taking this out and about just keep in mind it’s not made of super durable material but it’s also not cheaply made. There is no smell to it. It has a strap for carrying. The color is as pictured. One side is smooth. The other side is line textured for grip. The mat does not slide. I am able to move around on it just fine and do not slip. Good for yoga. The m
