Arch Support gel Inserts
It was great that I found these arch supports inserts because they make the flat shoes and sneakers much more comfortable. I can walk and stand for much longer. My arches have started hurting and falling since I walk five miles daily. With these supports I can put them in my sneakers and have no pain. I like the fact that the adhesive keeps the insert in place which is awesome since I don’t have to stop and adjust the insert at all. These support inserts fit any size, especially mine since I have small feet and it’s difficult to find supports to adapt properly. Because the arch support inserts are made of gel, they are not hard at all so my feet felt comfortable right away. Although they are made of a gel substance, they are firm and retain their shape to give the perfect support.

Works but a little Wide for my Shoe
During the summer I like wearing stylish sandals and often times those styles are very flat and leave my feet and ankles hurting due to the lack of arch support. I ordered this product hoping this woukd allow me to wear the sandals more comfortably.I was somewhat confused initially about which way to turn the support in the shoe based on minimal instructions. Once I position them on my sandals, I noticed they are a bit wide for the type of shoe I intended this for. I have kept them in the sandals and I notice while they do make a difference with my arch support, sometimes my feet hurt after wearing them for long periods. Maybe that’s due to putting my foot into a position that is not the norm.Overall, the stickiness of the product is a plus and it stays in place. I think it will be more functional for me if there was a more narrow size option as well as a shorter width option. I haven’t tried it in a different shoe, but it may work better in fully enclosed shoes. I will continue to use the pair I have.

Do not stick
I bought some of the new flat style shoes that have zero support for high arches. Full size arch supports pushed my heels up too far. After positioning these in the right spot they were awesome. The major problem is that when I took my shoes off at the end of the day, the arch supports fell off. They have zero ability to stick in place. I used glue to put them back in but I feel i should not have had to do this if it was a good quality item. I did like that they had 2 different sizes of arch supports pushed my.

Immediate Relief from torn arch and painful sciatic flare up all the way to my feet.
I was in so much pain from a recent and the work sciatic episode I have ever experienced. I also had a torn arch and could hardly walk on my foot. These are the most amazing product I have ever found to provide the support I was needing to actually make it possible to try and walk even just around my house. I still had the pains and struggles I did before, but these made it bearable and possible to get up and move. I love the 3 different heights and how comfortable they are. For a Dan supportive but comfortable and soft at the same time.Bought a whole another set, just to have with me at work in case I need them and don’t have.

Excellent gel arch support
Great arch support, and I’ve used many different ones. I purchased the high ones, since I have high arches (fallen) and it’s challenging to get supports that are thick enough. This one is. I wasn’t clear how I would like the “extension” part, but it’s the best feature as it keeps my feet from sliding forward. I rarely attach arch supports to my shoe, rather I put them between my foot and my sock. For me this works best. Of course, in a sandal it must attach to the shoe. Additionally, I wear these horizontally (as I do all gel arch supports) so the thicker part is kind of a bridge and the thinner part is forward, towards the ball of my foot. For me, this is the most comfortable, supportive and effective way to wear them.

Hard to tell where to put them in my shoes.
They seem to be big enough for my high arches. They are uncomfortable when they are under the wrong place of my foot. It is hard to tell where to put them in the shoe to make a comfortable arch support. They would be easier to install if they could stick to the bottom of my foot at least temporarily so I could tell get them into the right place as I put on the shoes. I could then take off the shoe and put on socks. The support seems firm but I cannot speak to their durability because I haven’t used them enough.

Super comfy for light support
If you need a full orthotic footbed, this isn’t for you…However, if you need some light arch support without encumbering the size and fit of your shoes, then BINGO! These work well if you just need a bit more support. Perfect! My shoes still fit and nothing feels crowded.
